CBT Thought Diary creates a space to reflect on how you are feeling. We find it most useful in helping to tackle negative thoughts and beliefs.

The app works to help you identify negative thinking patterns and look at them from different perspectives. It aims to help people build up the ability to: identify negative thoughts or beliefs, challenge these and create new patterns of thinking.

It is based on the therapeutic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which works to give people strategies to challenge the thoughts that are negatively impacting them.
