You can learn a new self-care strategy every day through short podcasts from Shine's coaches, access an audio library of meditations, bedtime stories, and calming sounds. And connect with others in their encouraging and inclusive community.

Shine was created by women of colour, who didn’t see themselves in the 'mainstream 'wellness'' sector, so the app works to be more inclusive and relevant to women's lives. It includes features like a series of audios on Black Mental Health.
